D’Andre R. Franklin a.k.a. D’Messenger

D’Messenger was born in St. Louis, Missouri and now resides in Los Angeles, CA. He has been blessed with opportunities in the entertainment industry to work with some of the best artists, producers and musicians in the business such as: Shanice Wilson, Berry Gordy, Michael Stokes, Paul Jackson Jr., James Gadson, Ollie Brown and was co-producer on Smokey Robinson's latest CD "Intimate" which was nominated in 2001 for a grammy for Best Traditional R&B and 'Food for the Spirit'.

Since becoming a born again Christian D’Messenger has made himself somewhat withdrawn from the main stream music world and which has taken him on a different path to the world of gospel music, with more of a contemporary twist. He is a very appreciative person of the HipHop/R&B art , but not appreciative of what it represents today. Since his walk with God, he has chosen to take his talents to assist and minister to the streets. Knowing the battle that awaits, God has given him a vision, a ministry by the name SOLDIERS of the LORD (GOD'S MUSICAL WARRIORS). Currently working on a new debut gospel CD which will feature not only himself, but other artist and musicians. Together fighting the battle to save souls from damnation.
